If you are looking to run a group or an event within the South Woodgate community then we would urge all group leaders to have a conversation with the Woodgate Valley Community Association (WVCA) The WVCA are a group of local residents that represent the Woodgate Valley area. They maybe able to help you with ideas for advertising or point you in the direction of the best venue for you work.

For all local issues with regard to your area or City Council services, we highly recommend coming to see our City Councillors on the third Wednesday of the month at 7:30pm. Vivienne, John and Bruce are our local elected representatives and are always keen to help.
Welcome to the website for St Francis Church and Community Centre, and the Woodgate Valley South Estate. This website is owned and run by the St Francis Joint Church Council (JCC). Although the JCC no longer owns St Francis Centre itself, we are proud to work with the new owners, the International Christian Fellowship, and are happily continuing to use the building as a base.
On this website we aim to promote as much that happens in the area as possible including our own youth project Inspire and the Woodgate Valley Community Association.

For some of us life is very busy, for others life maybe very quiet. Either way we invite you to attend Time Out our weekly prayer and study session. The group is on Thursdays at 2:00pm for an hour. It is time to stop, to pray, and to do a bit of study with friends. Whether you regularly attend church or not
you are more than welcome to come along and discuss your opinions on the topic.
